Meet our executive staff! We employ over 20 librarians and library support professionals.

Natalie Ellis

President

Natalie is the President of LSG, and has been a law librarian since 1975. Previously, she worked as a reference librarian for a large law firm for more than a decade and as a law librarian at the Maryland Office of the Attorney General for over 30 years. In 1991, Natalie became President of Library Services, Inc., a Baltimore-area company, before acquiring LSG in 2007. With clients throughout the country, she has placed librarians and library support staff in medical, academic, accounting, and law libraries. Natalie was one of the founders of the Law Library Association of Maryland (LLAM), editing its first newsletter, LLAM News, and organizing special library tours. She served as Vice President/President-Elect of the State Agency Library Association of Maryland (SALAM), as Recording Secretary for the Maryland chapter of the Special Libraries Association (SLA), and on the editorial board of the D.C. SLA. She is currently an active member of LLAM and GPLLA (Greater Philadelphia Law Library Association). Natalie earned both her BA in English and MLS from the University of Maryland, College Park.

 

Lilah M. Knox

Regional Manager

As Regional Manager, Lilah oversees more than 20 staff members in law firm and corporate legal department libraries. She performs human resources-related duties, keeps the staff informed of current trends in law librarianship, runs staff meetings, helps produce financial reports for firms, and assists with broader-scale marketing and organizational goals. A current member of the American Association of Law Libraries (AALL) and the Greater Philadelphia Law Libraries Association (GPLLA), Lilah has taken on the position of GPLLA Membership Chair as of 2016. She also participates in the Delaware Special Interest Section of GPLLA in Wilmington, DE. Prior to LSG, Lilah served as reference librarian at the Philadelphia Museum of Art for 22 years. She earned a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from Drexel University, a Master of Music degree from Temple University, and a Bachelor of Music degree from Morningside College in Sioux City, IA.

Barbara Felicetti

Senior Librarian Emeritus and Consultant

A self-described detangler and connecter, Barbara has worked as an English teacher in the Peace Corps, French teacher, residential houseparent, information broker, librarian, director of Librarian and Information Services for a Canadian distance learning university, and owner of two library service businesses. She has worked in law library management for more than a quarter century in roles of librarian, owner/operator, consultant, and regional manager. She is an active member of SLA, GPLLA, Cloud Appreciation Society, and the Lewis Carroll Society of North America. In 2014, Barbara was awarded the Chapter Liberty Bell Award from the Special Libraries Association, Philadelphia Chapter.

 

Lynne Scammahorn

Senior Librarian Emeritus and Consultant

Lynne, former co-owner of LSG, now serves as senior librarian emeritus and consultant. Prior to LSG, Lynne has worked for Library Management Services Ltd., INA Archives and Museum as a cataloguer, Villanova University Law Library, and the University of Pennsylvania Law Library. Lynne is a member of GPLLA. She graduated with a BA from Syracuse University and an MSLS from Drexel University.

Joseph Ellis

Administrative Office Manager

Joseph has worked for LSG since 2010. His responsibilities include processing invoices, managing payroll, accounting, and client communications. Joseph has overseen large administrative projects, including the digitization and organization of over ten years of company data. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2010.
